Impact, BOOT camp pushes you to the limit, Taiji Dance controlled core balance
BodyBar, BenderBall, BalletBar, ViPro and much more. Become stronger
increasing upper and lower body strength with and without equipment using new
techniques proven to help you see and feel the changes safety. Experience
a full body workout each class makes your muscles smarter able to react more positively
