Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

Time: 7:30 – 8:30 P.M.

Cost: $60.00

Place: Confederation College Fitness Centre Room 201

Beginner to intermediate fun invigorating class teaches many styles of warm-up, cardio, Hi-Lo, step, kick box, functional core, non-impact, BOSU, Tai Chi dance, body bar, interval & circuit, sport specific conditioning, kickboxing, spinning, stability ball, strength training with & without weights, dyna bands, exer-tubing, weighted balls, various forms of Pilates ,  finishes off with Yoga, Taiji,  breath work, flexibility, corrective posture alignment & relaxation techniques.   Meeting your needs top priority.  Adding some great new workouts this fall don't miss the fun intensity.

PLEASE NOTE: Policies 

      Limited Space available.        Class size is limited to 30 participants.

                 Drop In's   $8.00 per class call ahead. NO DROP IN's if class if full 30 participants max.

Option of or pay online      $60

This class is used for training Can-Fit-Pro Fitness Instructor Specialists who are completing their certification.  Occasionally new instructors will join the class to learn and to do their practical exam.  If I have a large group taking the course I will divide them up so they will not overcrowd the room.
