Class Design: Aqua jogging Mondays / Wednesdays choose from deep or shallow water / Friday all in shallow end Aquatic Routines strengthen & tone. Complete body workout, balanced and safe. Formate will vary from class to class for variety and growth in cardiovascular endurance strength & flexibility. All can vary to their own abilities. Posture and alignment will be always addressed.
DAYS: Monday Wednesday Friday
COST: 10 passes for $40.00 plus GST paid at front desk. (never lose a class you are credited for each one as you go)
Parking is extra $2.00 outside machines. Ask at front desk for parking specials.
Aquatic exercises heals the body/mind/spirit. Have an injury that's not healing quickly from over use or a sport you are participating in. Water is where you want to come to continue your cardiovascular training, strengthen around the joints, give all your organs a good message, tone muscles without soreness and much much more. Come try a class out. Feel refreshed and ready for a great day.
