FIT YOGA
Description: Fit Yoga teaches you to do Yoga for you specifically. Learn proper posture, alignment & how to work to your edge. A variety of simple well balanced warm ups, breathing techniques and options will be taught, helping you release tight muscles and joints. Make yoga part of your daily practice. Body/Mind/Spirit union.

We begin with a well balanced warm up, breathing techniques, many variations for all poses so you can release tight muscles and joints without injury. Learn how to make yoga part of your daily practice. Combine Body/Mind/Spirit for energy, strengthening endurance, toning, flexibility and relaxation.
Beginner basic, all levels – many options so all work at their level – General public
