- if driving around the College lot you will see the Bubble - drive to parking lot beside the Bubble park.  Walk past the Bubble until you see new Building Keep walking until you are between two building turn left into Wellness Centre.  See Front desk I will be there.i

Come to the front door, tell staff who you are a canfitpro Fitness Instructor Specialist, ask staff if you can have a parking pass than go park in the parking lots beside the Bubble.
Be dressed ready to work out.

Please bring food to eat as our brains work better when we are have food and water.
Dress as you would to exercise in layers and through out the weekend bring a change of clothing as we will be working out. 

Bring: -  your manual, study guide, note books, pen, pencils or your computers to jot down notes.  
          -  all your questions & concerns as we will address all.

canfitpro Fitness Instructor Specialist Course

Welcome I am your FIS PRO Trainer Anne Parr List Personal Bio / Qualifications below

Completion of this course should help you acquire the following skills;

The understanding of health and wellness

The understanding and application of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology

The ability to apply the principles of cuing, choreography and musicality to a group fitness class format

The skills to teach fun, safe and effective fitness classes

The understanding of basic nutrition

Leadership skills to motivate educate and communicate to your participants

Certification requirements: 

Attendance FIS 25 hour course 

Theory exam (multiple choice & case study) 80% or higher Practical exam 80% or higher (Complete must by 6 months of Theory exam)

Recertification annually - 4 Continuing Education Credit Course or workshop, Membership to Can-Fit-Pro $49 + HST CPR and annual CPR recertification
