This class is 3 days a week, Mon/Wed Aqua Jogging choose deep or shallow water. Deep water has the option of being tethered or moving with water belts, shallow water has options of deeper water not touching or touching bottom. Interval training is the training principle using a large variety of formulas such as the new Tabata, HITT and many more proven to be effective with proven research. On Friday we are all in the shallow water the Aquatic cardio movements are latin moves like Aqua Zumba other party cardio combos moves & strength resistance training. All major muscle groups are incorporated in this balanced workout keeping you moving. We always begin with a warm-up and cool down with dynamic stretching opening up joints, releasing tension in muscles ,breath work and more. Work at your own pace and intensity options for all in every class. Experience a workout better than using weight training, high cardiovascular yet low impact. Increase cardiovascular abilities, muscular endurance and strength, flexibility and much much more. This class continues all year long only taking holidays off.
