Beginner, intermediate to advanced levels with options for all to choose. This fun invigorating class teaches many styles of balanced warm-ups. Cardio & muscle endurance and strength incorporates many new designs HIIT (High Intense Interval Training) Tabata, BOOT Camp, Dance Fitness, Hi-Lo, step, Cardio kick box, functional core, non-impact, BOSU, Tai Chi dance, body bar, interval & circuit, sport specific conditioning, Dance Fusion, stability ball, strength training with & without weights, Body Bar, dyna bands, exer-tubing, weighted & bender balls, various forms of Pilates, Structural integration forms and the latest in superior training formats, finishes off with balanced Cool downs using Taiji 6 forms to Health Qigong, various mindful yoga postures, alignment techniques, reactive resistance training, breathing to relax bodymindspirit & so much more.
