8) I found a great 3 minute stretch you can use at your desk & use any time you need to.

Adding a quick stretch to your day can bring about energy lost from poor posture,

work overload & an effective break. I found the following I thought I'd share.

Give it a try note how you feel. Do 3 xs throughout the day. Remember it is only 3 minutes.

 

You will take more time than that to go for a coffee break. What will make you feel better?
