How to give your body healthy fuels to keep not only your weight down but also blood sugar levels normal?

This question was asking in the latest newsletter from Mr. Mercola.

 

Personally I stay away from diets. Do my best to eat properly. I focus on being aware of how I feel physically, how I am breathing and am becoming more aware of how I feel after I eat. The temperature & humidity is rising and so is a very sick feeling in my belly, felt dizzy the other day, not a feeling I have unless I have over indulged when drinking too much alcohol. So it was very interesting when this article from Dr. Mercola’s Newsletter came today.

I have always believed one size does not fit all.  Being very short like people who are extremely tall one size is way off the mark so too should be our eating and our exercise.
