Summer fun in the sun.
Love to hear this because it is here for such a short period of time for us in the North.
For safety we still need sun screen although some research says we should get 20 - 30 minutes of sun on our body each day for recommended dose of vitamin D. Best time would be before 11 am until 4 pm.
Best to know you skin type to determine what is best for you. Sun can be hazardous to some skin types more than othes.
I always find it it hotter in the afternoon from 3 - 5 pm.
We can also get sun burnt then it is cloudy.
I remember as a lifeguard working in outdoor pools and beaches these were the days we didn't apply sun screen and the days we found we got burnt.
Sun still rising before 6 am and setting close to 11 pm
It does has and energy that bring happiness to most of us.
Till tomorrow have a good night.
